DYE LOT VARIATION
We source the majority of our fabrics, our colors may experience dye lot variations from time to time. This largely occurs when we have sourced a new lot of fabric. In the fabric industry, it is very difficult to mimic colors to exact precision, so we do ask our customers to agree to an allowance in color variation. Generally, we will try to keep the allowance to +/- 10%. Please note, lots may be used without notice as we are consistently producing new batches of fabric in line with our inventory levels.
SALES
Any sales or transactions automatically consent your compliance with website policies, including, but not limited to, the shipping and return policy. DIYardge takes no responsibility of color distortions caused by computer monitors, and thus DIYardage strongly urges its consumers to order sample swatches in order to ensure color and texture accuracy. DIYardage takes no responsibility for any damage and/or delay caused by shipping. Shipping is available to all 50 states but prices for shipping may vary.
INSPECTION OF PRODUCT BEFORE USE
Upon receipt of your order, please verify that the contents match your packing slip. If there is any issue or question, please contact customer service at Supoort@DIYardage.com immediately and we will be happy to assist you.
In addition to verifying the order contents received, you are required to inspect all products before using them for any and all issues, including but not limited to: material defects/flaws, yardage accuracy, quantity accuracy, colors, marks, errant writing, holes, nicks, etc.
Through the use of any product, you agree that the product is what you ordered and that there are no quality issues with it. After a product is used or altered from its original state in any way, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind.
COMBINED ORDERS
DIYardage reserves the right to combine pending orders if the recipient name and shipping address are identical in an effort to deliver products quickly and efficiently.
